Hello, my name is Adelle, I am an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist who holds space as Passenger Arts Therapy.
I offer online art therapy sessions that specialise in creativity and change. I collaborate to develop bespoke therapeutic goals based on the unique hopes and needs of the person or people I am working with.
I use art to help express and process experiences such as low self-esteem, loss, relationship difficulties, anxiety and depression. I have a special interest in the combination of art and therapy to help us communicate, connect and care for ourselves and others.
I am a neurodivergent-affirming therapist with particular experience working in a trauma-informed way. I am continuously learning, training and developing my practice while embracing my passion for art and community.
My love of yoga and co-creation led to offering New Beginnings with Akoma Heart. Gentle yoga, meditation and creative sessions, to close each month and begin again. I also offer bespoke group art therapy and wellbeing sessions.
I qualified as a therapist in 2021 from the MA Integrative Arts Psychotherapy with The Institute of Arts in Therapy and Education (IATE). I’m registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and am a member of the British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT).
I hold over fifteen years experience of supporting people living with complex mental and/or physical health conditions. My BA (Hons) Drama and Theatre Arts from Goldsmiths led to co-founding a drama group with people with learning disabilities and autistic people and their families and friends.
I uphold safeguarding processes to ensure safety, privacy and lawfulness in all aspects of my work. I am based in the UK and follow the jurisdictions and laws of the UK (England & Wales).
Individual sessions begin at £60. Group sessions available at request. If you’d like to know more, get in touch to arrange a free introductory phone call.
